I love everything cake!
I have many years of experience decorating cakes. Over the years I have decorated
literally thousands of cakes. The last estimate was almost 10,000!
I began my career working in a supermarket bakery. I was not satisfied with the lack
of creativity, and began to branch out on my own to find more creative techniques to
decorate cakes. Much of my training in cake decorating has been through books and
a lot of practice.
I have also had the privilege to take many classes over the years, teaching a variety
of decorating techniques. Some of the classes were instructed by some of the
greatest names in cake decorating.
